$7500 Tax Credit

If you are a first time home buyer or have not owned a home over the past 3 years you may want to take advantage of the $7500 tax credit that is currently available.

There is new legislation in the works that may turn the current $7500 tax credit (which is essentially a 15 year interest free loan) into a full blown grant that would not have to be repaid.
